You enter Palacio Del Mar from a paved street and through a guard gated access. There will be 60 parking places when complete. You access the condos from the front leaving the views to the back from your patio and living areas. In the back of Palacio Del Mar there is a Negative Edge pool and a Spa that will be heated soon. There are future plans for wireless internet and a community BBQ.
