So what do you think? The 2009 Rocky Point season started off on a good note with higher then expected January rentals. We were then hit with the negative publicity on safety issues which have never been a part of Rocky Point. This followed closely by the swine flu scare (read more below) with not a single recorded case in Rocky Point and the final touch to our perfect storm was the enforcement of Passports being required for land travel which began June 1st, 2009. With all of this behind us things can only get better. Rental rates are low gas prices are more moderate and it is still Arizonas closet beach and a drive to destination making it a cost effective vacation destination.
